Mary walked to the Room of Seven Doors. She had to find the Mind Stone, so she could activate it to read the Evil Lord’s mind.
Short story; the Evil Lord was the devil to all the citizens of Septina, for he had led many to death or severe suffering. He held many people captive right now. During all this, Mary had lost her family as they were slaves and judged by their color. This was life for Mary. Why did she come here? Let’s find out.

What did the Evil Lord want? The Mind Stone. It was very powerful as it could be used to rule a kingdom! But, on Mary’s end, she thought it could be used as a weapon to defeat the Evil Lord.
Mary walked up the deserted hallways. She saw the creepy hallways that had sounds of bats twitching their ears. It was a bad, scary place. There were many rumors like ghosts living there. She wasn’t scared; Just a bit.
Mary stood in front of seven doors. Which should I choose? She thought. She just randomly picked one. She opened the door and as she did that she noticed the door knob had a scary shaped “D”
When she opened the door, it was all black. That was when she noticed she was in the Evil Lord’s throne room where he was sitting on his throne. In front of Mary. Knives surrounded her neck. It didn’t take time for her to notice that she was cornered by the great Evil Lord.
“Well, well, well. Look who we have here.” said the Evil Lord in his raspy voice. His ministers cackled sinisterly including himself.
Mary grunted as she was straining herself by trying to get out of the knives she was surrendered in.
“Little girl, whatever you’re doing is useless,” said the lord. “Trying to save yourself, huh? Well, you can not.” He took a breath, his throat sore.
“Girl, I understand what you were trying to do; save your kingdom. I know how it feels, because I was tortured like this; lost my family. I was held captive. And your filthy ruler of this kingdom destroyed my homeland. I was held captive until he died. That was when I came to your kingdom to tell his descendents how it felt to be…broken.”
For the first time, the magnificent Evil Lord himself started to…cry. He sniffled helplessly, as for his ministers watched in astonishment.
Mary herself couldn’t believe this. Abruptly, the Evil Lord screeched, still sobbing, “Kill her!”
This was the last thing Mary saw before she fell to the ground, lifeless.
Very NIce Aditi, you should turn this into a fantasy story😊
